Project Goal
Most people navigating the real estate market are presented with one path. This project's aim is to surface a second. Direct transactions between buyers and sellers are more common than most realize, more protected than most expect, and have the potential to meaningfully reward both buyers and sellers.
Fig Tree Housing's goal isn't to replace conventional lending. This approach has real trade-offs and isn't right for every situation. But it's a path that can help unlock homeownership for people who can't reach it, allow buyers to put down roots in their dream communities, and keep money circulating locally. Those are reason enough to share its possibility with you.
